Change Management & Navigation
Change Management drives a structured approach to transitioning individuals, teams, and organizations from a current state to a desired future state. Change management (or change control) is the process during which the changes of a system, an organization and/or set of processes are implemented in a controlled fashion by following a pre-defined framework/model based on expectations and change readiness. Solid change management efforts are the vital link between concepts/designs and true transformational business change driving results.

Communications Planning and Delivery (Internal and External)
Strong, proactive two-way communication is one of the critical success factors for achieving sustainable results of an enterprise-wide change program. Tailored and targeted messaging is often the only face of the program to the broad base of stakeholders (both internal and external). Often downplayed or shorted, well thought through communication plans can directly influence awareness as well as how effective a program is perceived to be. Start early and communicate often with meaningful content.
Training Strategy and Curriculum Development
Along with awareness come the knowledge and the capability of the impacted stakeholders to operate in a new environment, in a new way to achieve a new, improved outcome. Capability and competence can only be achieved through a thoughtful strategy tailored to the specific needs and learning preferences of the stakeholders impacted. A good strategy must be followed by an investment in curriculum and content development performed in concert with the processes and/or technology changes to be deployed.
Transition Planning and Support
As people and organizations move from one standard method of operating to another with different expectations, roles, contacts and tools, a thorough, proactive plan that guides a smooth transition between the different environments is critical to minimize risk, measure performance and actively address issues that inevitably arise. This transition plan becomes the overarching guide to the transition taking into account all groups and all activities necessary for smooth transition.
